Efram started making super-8 films when he was ten. He won the top award at a statewide film festival at age 12 and from then on he was hooked.
He co-wrote & produced Maine's first indie narrative feature film in 1996. He went on to direct several films that took top prizes at film festivals across the US. His short films have been viewed millions of time on-line and have aired nationwide in the US, Canada and Japan.
In 2003 Efram won Project Greenlight
and co-directed "The Battle of Shaker Heights" for Miramax films.
